FAQs

What happens if it is raining?
A. Most of our castles have built in shower covers, so can still be used in the rain. But Bouncy Castles hires should not be used in very heavy rain for obvious safety reasons. Should the weather be unsuitable that it's not practical to deliver, we will contact you the day before to delivery to discuss other arrangements or cancelation.
Do you provide Safety Mats?
Yes safety is paramount, and all of our bouncy castles and inflatables included Safety Mats.
How many children are allowed on at once?
This depends on the size of the castle or inflatable hired and the age range of the children or adults please do call us should you need to discuss the Bouncy Castle Hire size you are wanting information on.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Should you have a slight slope it may be possible. The best bet is to call us up so we can go through all your options.
How long does it take to inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castle hire normally takes around 15 minutes to set up, and 20 minutes to take down. However, this can vary, and it depends on the inflatable and property of castle hired.
How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
A. You can book anytime we do get very busy, so please book as early as possible to avoid missing availability
