DirectBlinds.co.uk is an online only brand wholly owned by Swift Direct Blinds Ltd, supplying quality made to measure window blinds direct on the internet to consumers nationwide. Established in 1969 we are still family owned and family run.
We are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and have over 40 years experience in manufacturing and supplying all types of window blind products. Our vast range of fabrics and materials are drawn from all leading UK suppliers to the blind industry.
Unlike most blind companies online, the vast majority of our blinds are made in our own factories by our own skilled workforce, employed from our local area using both traditional and modern manufacturing methods to produce our high quality blinds and curtains and then shipped directly to you, a hard to beat service from an unbeatable company. I understand its difficult time during COVID, but: 1. DONT ORDER FROM THEM, if you are in a rush and expecting a SWIFT service. 2. DONT TRUST the delivery date on the website. They told me the products are OUT OF STOCK on the EXPECTED DELIVERY day! 3, Sent WRONG BRACKET to Delay you further, and prepare to PAY EXTRA TO get your own! They promised to send but WAITING FOREVER, 5 days later, I am still WAITING! 4, BROKEN bottom Weight. Not even bother to ask from them, Paid for replacement myself. I spent £240 and giving myself a headache. PLUS, they are running behind on their emails and online enquires, SO NO BOTHER, WILL NEVER REPLY. If you RING, 10 Mins waiting time to start with. TRUST ME, I rung them 7 times! However, one GOOD THING, they have the absolutely most lovely customer service advisors. But you have to be SUPER PATIENT with the products. Don't Think I will recommend my friends or families or coming back again.
