fEAsT - Community Meal fEAsT is one of the most important and central things we do at The King's Church, it's a great demonstration of the kingdom of God.
Each month we host a shared meal which everyone in our community is invited to. Eating together is a great way of getting to know one another and building community which is what we are all about. We share food, time, friendship, conversation, laughter, and the odd tear. In short, we share life together.
So come along and find your place at the table!

Church The King's Church is a friendly local church, primarily made up of a people from the Addlestone area. You are most welcome to join with us in our worship and be a part of who we are and what we do. If you are new, here are some things that might help you and give you an idea what to expect at a Sunday Services at The King's Church.

Time
Our service starts at about 10.30 and usually finishes at 12.15-12.30. However, a big part of our gathering on a Sunday is the time after the service where people stay and chat over tea and coffee and a biscuit or two!

Order of Service
We start our service with a period of worship. This is a time where together we sing, pray, give thanks and praise for what God has been doing in our lives and speak out what God is saying to us. This usually lasts about 30-40mins but we like ensure we give God the time and space to do all He wants to do. Our prayer is that, in some way, this week will not be the same as last week!

We regularly share the communion meal as part of our worship together. We welcome all who know Jesus as Lord and Saviour to share communion with us.

This usually leads onto a time where we take an offering. Our offering is part of our worship in which we give back to God from what He has given us. There is no obligation to give but simply an extended opportunity to worship.

Then, following the obligatory 'notices' where we keep people up to date with what is going on, the children go to Sunday School whilst the adults have a time of teaching from the bible. This usually lasts 30-40mins.

After the service people spend any length of time chatting over tea and coffee.
