Tasneem is a senior consultant in human performance and change management. With over 20 years experience, she has trained over 5000 individuals worldwide across a myriad of diverse sectors, ranging from the oil industry, hotel and hospitality markets, to senior care, assisted living programs, and call centers, among others.

Her combination of corporate expertise - taking on clients in the hospitality industry such as the 4C Hotel Group and Holiday Inn, assisted living such as Belmont Village and major call centers like Asurion - and institutional experience at the Ismaili Council for Europe Lifelong Learning Programme, where she served as Director, has afforded her a powerful and relevant toolkit, leading to the establishment of several of her own consultancy practices.

Working at a strategic and operational level, she has established a proven track record in identifying and modifying personal and organisational behaviour, resolving key management and staff relationship issues, in order to improve performance.
