I waited for a parcel all day when my delivery driver had taken a picture of my door and not even bothered to knock, it was put on the system as “unable to be delivered” I also had my preferences set to LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOUR if I weren’t in which I was, but the parcel was still taken back? Unfortunately I can’t answer a door without someone knocking to let me know they’re there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PARCEL !!!
Hi. I sat within 1 Metre of my front door, have Ring bell and recording, Received a text message from unknown EVRI delivery agent, to say "your weren't in so request a reschedule delivery on this web site, no tracking detail, the webb site showed 404 unable to connect? Tried three different Browsers. Spent over an hour trying to find out morefrom EVRI, but without tracking number, no contact? THe door bell did not ring? there is no video of delivery attempt, and I cannot contact the agent? I have no idea what the package is, and whom sent it? UNable to contact you and reschedule? SEND IT BACK AND EXPLAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMER? I WILL EVENTUALLY DISCOVER WHOM< AND SEEK RECOMPENSE. I take it you have no interest in the customer or their recipient? Cant get any answers, cant speak to anyone, they send you round in circles. How can a company have such a bad customer service , disgraceful.Sent two parcels 2nd Nov NEXT DAY, they lost them I had to refund irate customers , which was out of my control. Lo and behold they found them and delivered them on the 28th Nov, SHOCKING SERVICE. Changing your name hasn't changed your service . Be going back to Royal Mail.
We had about half an inch of snow on the 30th of November and rather than walk down the road to our house like the other 8 couriers did that day as well as the local postman, the lazy courier decided to say that there was a problem getting to the address and it could not be found! I have used the same address for the company I ordered from before without issue and just because of a little snow the courier could not be bothered, I have tried to call this company and all you get is an automated system where they promise to call you back within 24 hours, its now been 6 days, I have also contacted them on their live chat, live? It's another computer and again I have heard nothing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN POSSIBLY HELP IT! They are probably one of the worst couriers I have ever had the misfortune of having an parcel delivered or not in this case by!!!! Absolute rubbish, can you give negative starts?

drop and run at 8.00 am no knock on the door or ring the door bell how fucking hard is it to push a door bell button , since this guy started a few years ago does drop and run every time i have had pc components left out in -3 deg and damaged pacels often , all left on the front door step for anyone to just take . they can shove there stars all five of them up there arse

I redirected my parcel that I had ordered from the House Of Fraser to a nearby post office. I have the confirmation email from Evri that this was going ahead. When I got home this afternoon, I tried to unlock my gate with the key and the gate pushed open. On the doorstep was a parcel!?@?@? The courier ignored the request to take it to the post office as I was not going to be in. They have kicked the gate open which has broken the lock. As everyone else has stated on this comment section, there is absolutely zero customer services. I will be contacting the House of Frasure and relaying this abhorrent act of criminal damage. Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour and inability to follow simple instructions. I now will NOT be ordering anything again from that store.
In this modern day - i have never come across such a P!*# Poor company - That offer NO customer service - That offer NO customer complaint procedure - With NO concern for customer satisfaction - I do not even rate this clown show as one star - SHOCKING - A shower of SHIT - at every level - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I have never had so much difficulty with a parcel delivery service for failing to deliver any parcels and saying they have tried when I know that is not the case. Edinburgh
Now listen up evri who was Hermes before the change I've informed my solicitor as I was away in London during Christmas for the month got back on Tuesday I had a parcel delivered while I was away it was posted through my door opened and I'm not happy cause I didn't even order anything the parcel was in my name but I'm confused why it was in my name and why delivery guy opens it and posts through my door
I have been waiting for a delivery since the 2oth of December when it was last updated on there system This is a disgusting company It's impossible to get through to a human being customer service involveds a BOT .. which is useless ....same for the customer service number You out the tracking number in and it then just says no I formation and cuts u off !!! .... I will never use Evri again !!! Awful piss taking ..god forsaken country
Sent an eBay purchase 29/12/2022 - they had one attempt to deliver which failed and questionable as to if even trying as they receivers were in that day. Since then item has disappeared no reattempts - trying to contact Evri is beyond impossible - none of their links on their site work and your are faced with webbots that block any attempt to support you or allow you to speak to a human - they contact number is a terrible automated services that does it best to annoy you and just gives you the same info as the bot. Evri is a terrible firm with no accountability - your'e playing roulette with your parcels, when they make it (which are never on time if they do) they are fine but good luck when it goes wrong!
I honestly do not understand who you can be so poor and get away with it, DISGRASFULL
With a MASSIVE super thanks to Evri my item is now being sent back all the way to China even when I have been sat at home all day yesterday waiting for an item which got sent to a wrong address🤣🤣🤣got rejected at that address and now has been sent back to my local depot waiting to go back to China so now I'm without my item and out of pocket!!!!! Thanks Evri and thank you for hiring such an incompetent delivery driver who can't even get an address right for one🤣🤣🤣. I really hope your company goes under because I'm sick to the back teeth of your company screwing us customers over and over and over by losing items, breaking items stealing our items. Disgusting company and if anyone is considering using them just because they're cheap DONT!!!!! Pay more for better quality courier services and reliability rather than go for the cheapest crude option which is Evri😖😖😖.
I have been waiting for a delivery from Evri since the 14 of November this year and I have still no received it I keeping getting fob of with excuses after excuses. I also have a few other parcels that should have been delivered on the 28th and 29th of December 22 and all I get is a blacked out photo and a photo you can clearly see is a hand and this is supposed to be my front door.Since Every don't pay the staff enough they revert to stealing customers parcels to make up there wages. This is no doubt the worst delivery company Hermise/Evri in the UK and the worst customers services is awarded to Digital Holly.
4 times I've been let down by this useless shit so called parcel company. I have been in the transport industry for over 40 years and if I had ran my company like this one I would have gone bust a long time ago, but that's because I cared for my customers unlike evri who couldn't give a shit as long as they make lots of profit. They should be investigated by trading standards for misleading customers by false advertising. Why on earth people use this company is beyond me, yes they may be cheap but if you pay for cheap you get a shit service. Hermes as it was known as tried to rebrand itself to evri in order to rid its bad image which of course has not changed them one bit, they are still the same useless company they have always been. I have only given it 1 star in order to complete this review otherwise it wouldn't have had any.
I can now see why Evri customer service is so poor, it starts at the top with the CEO Martijn Delange who's attitude is ignoring customers, So think customer services follow his leadership and stuff all of Evri paying customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to be a courier,so I'm amazed at how poor this service is. It's impossible to contact anyone and when they contact you they are rude and will not accept any questions about why the drivers do not see information on the app that has been asked for? I am now trying to get hold of the director.a Tony DeNunzio, who seems to not care how bad this service is. as it;s impossible to get hold of him, along nwith anyone at this company. Absolute jokers. I'd be embarrassed to work for this bunch of cowboys.
You can change your name to evri is that to mean evri parcel is not delivered And evri number and way to contact you is a load of rubbish. Your driver didn't deliver my parcel a fact I know as I was in all day and it has not even been redispatched the next working day and you do not respond to complaints absolutely rubbish company.
