WELCOME TO SARDINIA Antonio & partners have done the job of “Property Managers” for so long that they hardly remember how they got started.

Over the years, just doing what they love, they have built a strong reputation gathering so many beautiful properties in North Sardinia, also known as Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast). The properties are located in Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia, Cala di Volpe, Porto Rotondo, Liscia di Vacca. Recently they have founded Antonio’s Villas, a new company specialized in holiday villas enforcing the concept that the customer is always on top of their thoughts. They love listening to the customer wishes and so everything is organized to please his/her requests.

Villa La Baia - Costa Smeralda Villa La Baia is set on the hillside of Baia Sardinia but a few minutes drive from the gorgeous Cala dei Ginepri beach, home of a famous 5 star hotel, and from shops and restaurants. The property extends over 1 hectare ground, while the villa has approx. 200 square meters of covered.It has a wonderful private pool and spectacular views over the coast. The main floor has a large living room with sitting and dining areas, a panoramic veranda perfect for alfresco dining, a kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, a master bedroom with en suite (shower) and terrace, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a second pull-out bed, a bathroom (shower).

On the ground floor there is an annex externally accessed with a living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with en suite (shower), an utility area with washing machine.
