The Grand Arcade, The Home of Independents The Grand Arcade has recently undergone renovations and is now a vibrant and diverse Arcade which is home to many Independent Retailers, and food and drink establishments.

Situated next to the Grand Theatre and accessed via New Briggate, Merrion Street or Vicar Lane, it’s a great place to spend the day in relaxed and open surroundings, shopping for unique handmade gifts at Our Handmade Collective, vintage and bespoke clothing at Loft and Redneck Clothing, being pampered at the salons or The Traditional Shaving Company, or treating yourself to the best in Vegetarian foods at Roots and Fruits, Afternoon Tea (and cakes) at Just Grand! Vintage Tearoom or a boost of pure Colombian Coffee and lunch with a Latin twist at Casa Colombiana....

We are very proud that we are the only fully Independent Arcade in Leeds, and also that we are the proud owners of the Potts Grand Clock, which is currently being refurbished and is now working again after almost 20 years!

Creative Craft Classes with Our Handmade Collective and The Bridal Emporium Our Handmade Collective are very excited to announce our Creative Craft Classes, which we are holding in collaboration with The Bridal Emporium!
From March, you can attend one of our varied craft classes run by members of OHC and designers of the Bridal Emporium - learn new skills and have some fun at the same time!

Creative Craft classes available for March are as follows:
12th March - Make a Felted Picture
12th March - Origami for Card Making
26th March - Making Bath Bombs
26th March - Vintage Inspired Bunting
29th March - Vintage inspired half Pinny
29th March - Introduction to Lino Cut

Our April class dates will be released shortly.

Classes will be held at The Bridal Emporium and bookings must be made if you wish to attend. Bookings can be made at either OHC or The Bridal Emporium (payment in full is required at time of booking).
We'll provide you with all the materials and equipment you need (unless specifically stated) and refreshments too!

Changes to Opening Hours There have been some changes to some of our retailers opening hours recently. Our Handmade Collective and the little button co are now both open on Mondays as well, so you can shop with them 7 days a week.
Just Grand! Vintage Tearoom is now closed on Mondays.
From March 2015 My Vibrant Home will be open on Mondays so you can shop with them 7 days a week.
