Business Profile

Bridge-It Housing is a social enterprise based in Bradford providing supported hostel accommodation for homeless vulnerable male & female adults between the ages of 18 & 65yrs with low level support needs. Self-referrals and other agency referrals accepted. We currently provide 20 beds over 6 properties, 17 male beds and 3 female beds. Each property has a shared living room, kitchen & bathroom and each service user has their own bedroom with locked door. We have a team of Support Workers offering support with various needs and a Support Plan will be put in place upon acceptance.
