Avoid as much as you can. Gave in my laptop for data recovery. Was told it would be done within 24 - 48 hours. Took almost 3 weeks and got my laptop back with a damaged screen and no data recovered. He told me that he spent 17 hours in total and time would have to paid for as he formatted and installed windows on it. Upon further inspection I found keygens in the recycle bin so obviously installed dodgy software.
