We also maintain planned development sites for property management companies throughout the north of England. These sites are normally becoming overgrown due to neglect whilst awaiting planning or sale. On these sites we carry out vegetation clearance work followed by a programme of ongoing spraying and cutting maintenance to keep the sites clear prior to development work commencing.
