I am so pleased that the Slater name and farm are still going strong in good old West Yorkshire. I recall going to this farm as a little girl in the 1970s. The family were always so welcoming and I particularly enjoyed riding the horses. I also recall the milk churning machine with the thick cream on top. The spring lamb were always a joy to look at. A lot of time has passed since then, I'm now 50, but I will always recall the Slater Farm and the family with real affection.
