My experience of this company was just awful. I bought some kitchen cushionfloor, and the fitter cut it short and jagged. Carpet Mill said the fitter had to replace the piece, but I had to pester him to death to actually get the replacement piece. I rang the manager at Carpet Mill to chase up a response to my first email of complaint, and he promised to send a more experienced fitter, but as it was coming up to Christmas he was too busy. As this had been dragging on for weeks, I paid someone else to fit the cushionfloor, but when I emailed Carpet Mill again, this was just ignored. So after many phone calls, and emails, and being out of pocket, I can certainly say that I will never use this company again. There are much better companies out there.
