I don't usually write reviews but I feel I need to share the absolutely appalling behaviour this company has shown towards the family of a dear friend of mine who passed away earlier this month. The family lost their Mum, Nanna and partner due to a short illness, they decided to use Hadfields as they had previously with 2 generations of relatives, there we're issues in seeing our lovely friend in the Chapel of Rest (they don't open at weekends or evenings and not allowing working relatives to visit the deceased), when the family expressed dissatisfaction at this, they were met with rudeness and pure ignorance and called up the family and told them to come and collect their deceased mum and find another funeral director. We were astonished when we heard what had happened, dismissing her and having no respect and passing her to someone else like faulty goods. The local vicar and new funeral director couldn't believe what they were hearing about how this company acted. A grieving fam
