Seriously 😞 that the ranger was sold to me with a faulty engine. Knowing I had a small child to carry in it and was towing a caravan. Absolute rip off is the smallest thing I can say. Broke down after one day on the M5 with my little one and no one will help. Do not trust

Bought a transit engine from this man last year that's bearly done 5000 miles after fitting noticed lots of oil leaks now something as gone wrong with top of engine he said he would help financially now he said he won't I would not use or recommend man to anyone
EURO 5 ENGINE
This is a reply to the previous review about the Euro 5 engines. To put things straight, Alex actually bought 2 engines. 1 Ford Transit which he said he was very happy with, and then approximately 8 days later he rang me to say he required another one for a Euro 5 Ford Ranger, which I supplied. He fitted it and rang me to say he couldn't get it started. So I advised him what to do and accordingly spoke to his mechanic, who did not instill me with much confidence. In my advert it says, MUST BE FITTED BY AN INDEPENDENT SPECIALIST OR APPROVED DEALER. He obviously was not. But I agreed that I would supply him with another engine which he fitted and said he was now happy. He asked me to donate towards the fitting of the second engine, of which he told me had cost him £400 per vehicle for fitting, not the £600 he claims. I agreed to send him £300 as a gesture of goodwill and paid him immediately. I would like to state there was no long negotiations just a short telephone conversation.
Ford euro5 engines
about 2 months ago we were looking on ebay engines for ford transit 2.2 2013 and Ford Ranger 2.2 2013. we found the most attractive ad, I contacted Derek and I ordered 2 engines. but as soon as they were installed it turned out to be some engines of the worst possible quality. one of it didn't start at all and the one that started has oil leaks all over. the mechanic cost me £ 600 for each vehicle. I called Derek and he agreed to send another engine but only after long negotiations. I had to pay another £ 600 to install the 3rd engine, lost time, stress, etc. And that's not all, and this engine turned out to be shit, with oil leaks everywhere and some very strange sounds. The worse experience that could happen.
