September Fitness rush One of the busiest times of the year is here, lots of people make plans to start or re-start a fitness regime once the kids go back to school.There are lots of community classes and also gyms offering special offers for this busy time in the hope of attracting many new members.It is only 16 weeks until Christmas and remarkable results are achievable in that time so make the decision to clean up that diet, embark upon an exercise plan and look forward to looking fantastic for Christmas.
