poor services

Passengers are packed hard like sardine. Food was poor. I was served rice in tomato sauce and very sour under ripe fruit pieces and yogurt for dessert. Believe it or not the yogurt and underripe fruit were serve again for breakfast. No water was served between supposedly dinner and breakfast , 13 hours in between. It reminds me of the soviet prison train to the gulags.. When I got to my destination and waited for the luggage It was not there. Now they are refusing to pay compensation.
