Business Profile

We provide expert advice and assistance for retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers of e-cigarettes and associated products. We have expertise in all aspects of renewable energy. And we specialise in insurance for tradesman with particular expertise in insuring scaffolders. Northern Alliance was set up in January 2009 by Dan Lane, Nick Jamieson and Dan Maltby. We were acquired by Bluefin in November 2016 and subsequently joined forces with Jelf in 2018. In 2020, Jelf became Marsh Commercial, aligning the business closer to its parent company. We have 20 staff operating from our office just off J40 of M1 in Wakefield.
