Learn to Nordic Walk Hi, we're Helen and Phil, join us as we share our love for the outdoors and nordic walking.

We aim to inspire confidence, help you learn new skills, feel fitter and stronger, make friends, have fun, and support you along the way.

We offer learn to nordic walk workshops, guided nordic walks, coaching and more, across the Aire Valley and Craven, in Keighley, Bingley, Silsden, and Skipton.

What Is Nordic Walking?

Nordic walking poles propel you forward helping you walk further, faster, and with greater efficiency, giving you a whole-body workout. Your upper body, via your shoulders and arms, combine with your legs to drive you forward.

Nordic walking offers a low impact exercise suitable for pretty much everyone - if you can walk and swing your arms you can learn to nordic walk.

What's more, nordic walking gets you outdoors. You get the health and wellness benefits of getting out in nature with lots of fresh air while enjoying some of our local greenspaces.
