Do not use Formosa Bathrooms & Kitchens.

From the moment the fitter arrived on site I had problems. . He demanded £1K up front on day one. . He dumped personal items from home into my general builders skip. . Left over pipe was used to make an arm from the bath to the soil stack. . Poor tiling had to be remedied not once but twice and a new toilet seat had to be replaced due to it having been used as a stand for the tilers bucket. . After 10 weeks, the fitter announced that he was walking off of the job. . The fitter took the vanity unit for the en-suite from my house . After 6 months, the following defects have been noted. . Soil stack was too short and had no bird cage. The whole top half had to be replaced. . Pipe for the extraction was not connected, and so it was just extracting into the loft. .Shaving socket in en-suite doesn't work After emptying the bath one evening, the water leaked through my kitchen ceiling ruining the brand new ceiling and decoration. Formosa have offered no help whatsoever.
