Worst hair cut ever

0 star for this place a lady did my hair First she didn't cut enough off my length after say multiple time then she did cut to the right length. I ask for a few long layers and she was 2 busy talking to her work pals that she wasn't paying any attention to me or my hair. She cut through the length of my hair while putting layers in my hair. When I said my hairs gone shorter she said layer make ur hair shorter. I just said ok. When I went home I call another hairdresser who advised me layers don't make your hair shorter. Next morning I went back to the salon to confront hairdresser. She denied cutting my length while doing layers she lied saying I asked for length to go to ma collor bone. She shouted out me and I'm 32 weeks pregnant had me in tears as hormones took over. Never have I had such a bad experiences. My mother was angry at the way I was treated so she went down to the salon where the hairdresser lie again saying she never shouted. Then a man shout mum to get out.
