After a disappointing delivery 2 weeks ago today I had a parcel delivered by a lovely bloke called Muhammed fazzle who was from Leeds. Im in halifax. He was fantastic , we had a little chat and I hope he is assigned for any further parcels I receive. Well done Muhammed

Ridiculous service


DPD have had my parcel since 28th Dec (now the 5th Jan) - numerous texts to say delayed at Morley depot, then one last night to say delivered (at midnight!). No it wasn't. Then when I called them - they said it is not delivered and best they can say is possibly tomorrow, due to backlog over Christmas. But my tracking says delivered? Whilst I appreciate bank holidays etc, companies pay for a service 24/48 hours and this is ridiculous. So the company I ordered from calls DPD to ask for an update - DPD advise - the item has been scanned in on 28th Dec - but not scanned again since? So where is my £1k phone???? Luckily my provider has reported the item as lost and reordered but to pick up from store, otherwise I could be in the same situation again. Absolute joke. Would be zero stars if there was an option.

Complete and utter useless bastards. DPD (DIABOLICAL PARCEL DELIVERY)


DPD collected my two very expensive return parcels on the 30th Nov 22 for a delivery to Huddersfield on a 4 day turnaround. It is now the 29th December 22 and they STILL have not delivered it. Apparentkey its held at the Morley Depot. Ferchrisakes, what is wrong with these people !!!!!! Now I stand to lose my refund as its coming up outside the return window. I do hope they rot in hell......

So Frustrated!!!


I placed an order from Bettys in November and paid for a specified delivery date 12/12/22. DPD tried to deliver the parcel on 10/12 but i was out, which is why i paid for a specific date! Now every day I get the message - due to unexpected issues your parcel will be delivered tomorrow, and still no parcel. You cannot contact anyone and I expect the parcel and goods will be trashed now! if i could contact them id go to Morley myself and collect

Delivery problem


I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive since 02.12.2022 i have rang them numerous times and have been recieving emails that it will be delivered the next day but still has not arrived i even told them that can i come to collect at the depot because you are not delivering my parcel because of a backlog and i was told that i could not come to collect it absolute rubbish service will not order anything in future online if delivered by dpd

ccl delivery


absolutely rubbish company. paid for next day delivery and after 3 emails saying that it would be delivered the nxt day.im now on the 4th day with. a promise of a tomorrow delivery. Not holding my breath for that tbh . i will never order anything again that dpd are paid to deliver. I will just use others that dont use them.

LAZY DRIVER DON LEEDS DEPO


I AM DISABLED LIVE IN A OLD PEOPLE HIGH RISE FLAT. I AM OVER 70 THIS IDIOT OF A DRIVER USED THE INTER COM. I SAID BRING IT UP TO ME I WAITED DID NOT COME TO MY FLAT THE LAZT IDIOT LEFT THE PARCEL IN A UNSAFE AREA. IN THE ENTRANCE WHICH PEOPLE ARE GOING IN AND OUT. SO HE LEFT A £1000 TABLET ON A SEAT WHICH ANYONE COULD HAVE TAKEN. DPD SACK THIS PERSON BEFOR HE DOES IT AGAIN THE DRIVERS NAME IS DON CAME TUESDAY MORNING IN SEACROFT LEEDS.

No sign of my parcel


I dropped my parcel at the Morley depot as system was down at Morrisons When I tracked it a couple of days later it had set off then said arrived at next destination accepted by Simon and that is it . I have rang and enquired and got no information to helpful and no help in even trying to claim , saying the information I have is no use but the information I have is what they sent on line and I printed it out . Absolutely disgusting and useless unhelpful company !

Terrible Service


Today your driver Patryck made no attempt to ring our door bell or enter our property. Instead he tried to leave my parcel with a neighbour My wife and I were in our car on our drive. The driver said the parcel was for us but he refused to give it to us, he continued to knock on our neighbours door. The reason I mention this is because on another occassion I received a text to say a parcel had been delivered by the same driver (from the same supplier) but there was no sign of it and no one had rung our bell, which can be heard all over the house. On that occassion both my wife and I were in which was blatantly obvious by the two cars on our drive. 2 hours later I found my parcel in our wheely bin but had not received any message to tell me this. I have just been to my neigbours to collect todays parcel which was damaged. Can you please ensure this man rings our door bell in future or I will cancel my business with my supplier and tell them why.

Terrible service


1st attempt at delivery said the driver could not find our address. 2nd attempt - said failed to deliver with a photograph of a random house (that I know Is over a mile away. Rang customer services to be told they do not expect drivers to use the internet or google maps to find an address and no he would not get feedback about choosing a random house to photograph. Do not use if you can avoid - a pigeon would be less incompetent

Parcel Not Delivered


DPD came twice to my home with my parcel the first time the driver came at 7.40 am when i was still in bed and the second time at around 3pm and there was three people in the house but no one heard the driver at the front door so he must have knocked very lightly then left without delivering my parcel and after four weeks i am still waiting for it to be delivered, the drivers don't put enough effort in their job these days and just seem to be too much of a hurry.

Absolute Rubbish


I have now had two 'missed deliveries, in 24 hours the second in particular extremely annoying showed a beautiful photo of the main entrance to my apartment block which for security reasons is locked, entry to the building is by intercom keypad linked to individual flats - which the delivery guy didn't use it's obvious he simply walked away. I've then spent the best part of two days finding out how to contact Customer Services, sent an email to which they say they will reply within 90 minutes - I'm still waiting seven hours later. DPD used to give excellent service, sadly not any more. Pity there isn't a zero star

Insulting Customer Service


What's the point of having a phone help line when they hang up as soon as the call connects? I've wasted 30 minutes and countless phonecalls trying to speak to a human about my missing parcel (1 of 4). I could even hear background office noise - how insulting! Unfortunately I don't have a say in which courier my suppliers use but I'd never waste any of our own company's money using a courier that cares so little about the job they are supposed to be doing.
