Providing not fit for purpouse services on behalve of wellfare support

People from Lake furniture shop were sent to me as a removal company through welfare suport. Sent a ONE guy with a small van to move 3 bed house. As the guy couldnt do much on his own, he made my children do the heavy filting & packing and unpacking van 3 times! with no any experience in heavy lifting nor insurance not mentioning it was a pure examle of child labour! He said he can go and none will move me as none will come for at least next 3 weeks. So it was either kids work or I am not moving. Wrecked my house, scratched my 4 months old black fridge and my black furniture, walls and staircases while trying to push furniture upstairs in unproffesional mane (which they then tried to blame on me!) and broke my wshing machine which later got replaced by them with some old not fit for purpouse one that broke 6 months later. I had to get a new one despite the face that before moving mine was in full working order! Management absolutely RUDE! so was the guy who was moving me. DISGUSTING!
