pls read other people's reviews as well as mine as we have all experienced the same shockingly bad service. These guys are the worse human beings. They conned me by sending me the wrong bed and dumped it in the wrong location and left me to carry it 200 metres. Since then I phoned them everyday where they say email. You email them and won't get a response so your stuck to what to do no one apologised and they are experts in fobbing you off. This is a pure con as you don't get what you payed for. God knows how many people they have conned but wish I had reD the bad reviews they have as it would have deterred me from ordering The stress part is their attitude. They must be a family business as they all lack empathy. WATCH OUT I have written another detailed bad review online and am shocked to discover others went through what I did. Trading standards need to get involved as they violate and are very arrogant. Think their proud in themselves for pulling the wool over so many people. A
