At the core of Person Centred counselling is the belief that the only person who knows what is best for you is you. By staying true to yourself and talking in depth about your issues, at your own pace; you can gain the confidence to move forward in a positive way. It's about taking control of your life; whilst having someone non judgmental there to help support you through the changes. I wont advise you on what choices to make; but I will use a range of counselling techniques in order for you to find your own solutions.
